Do you support remote or on-base roles?

We operate a hybrid model: engineering and mission control squads collaborate from Harare and Mutare hubs, while field teams deploy across Africa with rotation support.

Which certifications strengthen my application?

BVLOS pilot ratings, SACAA/CAA engineering licenses, ISO 9001 experience, and mission assurance credentials are all valuable. We also provide pathways to earn them.

Do you offer internships or graduate programmes?

Yes. Our Mission Academy partners with universities for 6-12 month rotations covering systems engineering, data analysis, and field maintenance apprenticeships.
